中文摘要: 针对稀土萃取过程级数多、反应机理复杂,待分离组分多、原料组分波动大,萃取过程中元素组分含量难以在线检测和控制的特点。采用机理建模和人工智能的理论与方法,借鉴工艺专家知识和现场操作人员经验,建立了稀土萃取过程组分含量监测、动态建模与优化集成控制策略;应用图像处理和模式识别技术,建立了基于图像内容检索的稀土元素组分含量检测方法;应用多模型建模理论与方法,建立了稀土萃取过程动态多模型描述;研究基于稀土萃取过程多模型描述的广义预测控制方法,获得以产品质量波动最小、满足金属直收率约束条件的生产过程优化操作参数,实现稀土萃取过程优化控制;建立稀土萃取过程建模与控制仿真实验系统,通过仿真和实验验证所提出方法的有效性。课题研究将为稀土萃取过程自动化奠定基础,对提升我国稀土工业生产的自动化水平具有重要现实意义。

英文摘要: Due to the characteristics of rare earth extraction process, such as the many extraction series, complicated reaction mechanism, various components to be separated, fluctuating in feed and the difficulty in online measurement and control of the component content in rare earth extraction process, an integrated control strategy with component content measurement, dynamic modeling and optimizing has been proposed in view of the theory and method of mechanism modeling and artificial intelligence, as well as the knowledge of technical experts and the site operators' experience; an image retrieval method for element component content measurement is also proposed using image processing and pattern recognition technique; a multiple models description for rareearth extraction process has been set based on the multiple models modelling theory and method; and the corresponding generalized predictive controller has been researched to obtain the optimum operation parameters of the process which is known as the minimization of the quality of the products fluctuation, subject to meeting the direct recovery of metals and realize the optimal control of the extraction process; besides, a simulation system for modeling and control of rare earth extraction process has been developed to verify the effectiveness of the methods above. The subject research would provide the groundwork for the automation of rare earth extraction process and it is of great significance to improve the automation level of our country rare earh industry production.
