中文摘要: 好氧生物移动床(AEMBBR)技术以其独特的优点广泛应用于水处理领域。采用膜过滤好氧生物移动床(MF-AEMBBR)组合系统可以解决AEMBBR技术出水水质受所含悬浮污泥影响较大的问题,但过滤膜的膜污染情况成为影响其处理效率的首要问题。本课题拟采用调整MF-AEMBBR系统自身控制运行条件的方式缓解其过滤膜的膜污染程度。首先通过研究不同的控制运行条件对内循环AEMBBR单元液相组分的影响,实现对其液相组分特性的控制;其次提取出液相组分中导致膜污染的主要影响因素;然后采用多组并行膜过滤单元,并选取合适的膜污染程度时间节点,用以阐明系统中过滤膜的膜污染历程;最终根据膜污染的历程提出缓解系统膜污染的合理运行方式并加以验证。通过本课题的研究实现MF-AEMBBR系统内膜污染一定程度上的"自控制"的目标,为提高MF-AEMBBR系统的处理效率提供理论支持。

英文摘要: Aerobic moving bed biofilm reactor (AEMBBR) technology is widely used in the field of water treatment for its unique advantages. The adoption of membrane filtration AEMBBR (MF-AEMBBR) system can solve the problem of effluent wastewater quality being affected by the containing suspended sludge. However, the statement of membrane fouling is the primary problem affecting its processing efficiency. The adjustment of control and operation conditions in the MF-AEMBBR system is used to relieve the membrane fouling extent of filter membrane in the system. First, to achieve the control of liquid component characteristics in internal circulation AEMBBR by the research of the effect of different control and operation conditions on the liquid component. Then, the main influence factors inducing membrane fouling in the liquid component is extracted. Next, the membrane fouling course of filter membrane in the system is expounded by adopting multiple and parallel membrane filtration units and choosing the suitable time node of membrane fouling extent. Lastly, the reasonable operation mode to relieve the membrane fouling is proposed based on membrane fouling course and is verified.
