中文摘要: 大气CO2浓度升高引起表层海水中溶解性CO2浓度增加,海水pH降低,从而导致海洋酸化。近期研究表明,近岸海域比远洋更容易引起海洋酸化。海洋酸化对近岸大型海藻的影响研究主要集中于成体短期实验,而对生活史各个阶段的影响鲜有涉及。我们建立了一个长期海洋酸化培养系统,到目前为止已成功将一种绿潮藻缘管浒苔在海洋酸化的情况下适应了10代。我们前期研究表明光强有可能是导致海洋酸化对大型海藻不同生物学效应的主要环境因素,海洋酸化改变了藻细胞中一些关键的生理生化特性,这些改变使藻体在不同的光强下表现为不同的适应策略。在此基础上,我们选取典型大型海藻为研究对象,探讨大型藻类生活史不同阶段对海洋酸化的光适应机制,了解海洋酸化效应在生长周期内的传递和累积情况,并且研究单代以及多代适应海洋酸化的藻体之间的差异,分析短期实验和长期实验海洋酸化的不同效应,利用生理生化和分子生物学的手段研究藻体的响应和适应机制。

英文摘要: With increasing atmospheric CO2 concentration, the surface seawater are taking up more and more CO2 from the air, seawater pH is decreasing due to increased pCO2, known as ocean acidification. Recent research shows that seawater pH is suggested to decrease faster in the coastal waters than in the pelagic oceans.The studies about the effects of ocean acidification on coastal macroalgae were focused on short-term experiment for adult,while very few of them were involved in the different periods of life cycles of macroalgae. We have build up a system of long-term ocean acidification experiment and let a green tidal alga, Ulva linza, adapt to ocean acidification for 10 generations so far. Our early studies showed that light might be the main environmental factor in the different biological effects which induced by ocean acidification. Many key physiological and biochemical characters in the cells of marine macroalgae are changed by ocean acidification, which makes the thalli show different adaptive strategies under different light intensities.And on this basis, we will select typical macroalgae as research subjects to investigate the light adaptive mechanism different in the different periods of their life cycle to ocean acidification, to understand the transferation and accumulation of effects of ocean acidificaition in their life histories and then to study the difference between one generation and multi-generation,to analyze the different effects between short-term experiment and long-term experiments,and then explore the response and adaption mechanism of macroalgae with the tools of molecular biology, physiology and biochemistry.
