中文摘要: 以广西西江流域为典型研究区,基于综合实测资料、历史文献资料和代用资料,归因分析西南地区极端干旱天气事件形成的机制;未来环境变化下,评估西南地区极端干旱事件发生的风险及损失;结合变化预估结果,进行水资源优化配置和产业结构的调整等提出未来极端干旱天气综合应对策略。为国家防灾减灾提供参考和科学规划的依据,同时也对我国的可持续发展战略具有十分重要的现实意义。

英文摘要: Taking Guangxi Xijiang River Basin as a typical research area, Based on comprehensive measured data, historical documents and proxy data, Formation mechanism of extreme drought events will be analysed; risk and loss assessmetn of extreme drought events has been studied using Arcview GIS platform with strong function on space analysis and overlap under changing environment. Combined with changes of the prediction results, We can provide comprehensive strategy including optimized allocation of water resource and industrial structure adjustment. The results is to provide reference and scientific basis for the planning of the national disaster prevention and mitigation, but also important practical significance to our sustainable development strategy.
