中文摘要: 物体的表面反射属性决定了物体在一定光照环境下的视觉外观,是真实感图形学的核心研究内容。与使用参数化光照模型相比,采用高精度、从真实世界中获取的高真实度反射属性数据,可充分增强三维虚拟场景的逼真感,如今越来越受到重视。如何充分利用采集到的物体表面反射属性的丰富细节来增强真实感体验,克服数据采集和数据处理过程过于冗长、并需要较多人工干预等缺点,即时得到建模的高质量绘制结果,是一个具有重要价值和广泛应用前景的研究课题。本项目针对具有空间变化的双向反射、传输分布函数和双向次表面散射反射分布函数等反射属性,研究高效的建模技术,具体包括:研究具有快捷自动化的数据采集和处理的光照模型,设计高效易用的采集设备,以及研究实时高效的全频动态表面质感的绘制算法。在此基础上,本项目将搭建高效反射属性采集和绘制系统,验证提出的方法。

英文摘要: The surface reflectance properties determine the visual appearance of objects in a certain lighting environments, and it's the core content of realistic graphics research. Compared with the parametric lighting model, the use of high-precision, highly realistic reflection property data obtained from the real world, can fully enhance the realism of the 3D virtual scenes, and is attracting more and more attention. Taking advantage of the rich details of surface reflectance properties to enhance the realism of experience, and overcoming the lengthy data acquisition and data processing stages, and requirement of manual intervention and other shortcomings, is an important and valuable research topic. The project aims at efficient modeling techniques of spatially-varying bidirectional reflectance distribution function (SVBRDF), bidirectional transmission distributionfucntion (BTDF) and bidirectional surface scattering reflectance distribution function (BSSRDF), including: fast, automated data acquisition and processing of the illumination model, efficient and easy-to-use capture devices, and efficient real-time BRDF rendering algorithm. On this basis, the project will build efficient reflection acquisition and rendering system to verify the proposed method.
