中文摘要: 大量地基观测和天基探测实例表明,电力线的谐波辐射不仅会对公用电网及其它地面系统造成危害,在一定条件下还会对空间电离层和磁层造成扰动。作为空间环境的一种人为污染源,电力线谐波辐射(PLHR)的地基观测、天基探测、形成机理、扰动效应等在国外颇受关注,但国内尚未开展专门的研究。本项目利用法国国家空间中心DEMETER地震电磁卫星探测数据研究近年来我国空间电离层中是否存在PLHR现象,以及其产生的可能原因与可能造成的影响;还将利用电磁场与电磁波理论研究电力线的谐波辐射在由地球、中性层、各向异性电离层等构成的空间中的传播模型及其解。本项目对于深入认识PLHR现象及其形成机理、PLHR对电离层环境的影响,以及辨识地震电磁卫星记录的低频电磁效应等,具有重要的科学价值。随着我国电网的发展,以及相关探测卫星的发射,本项目的开展具有重要的现实意义和长远意义。

英文摘要: A Lot of ground-based observation and space-based detection cases show the radiation from the harmonics of the power lines not only affects the utility grid and other systems on the ground, but also causes the disturbances to the ionosphere and magnetosphere in certain conditions. As a man-made pollution to near-earth space, the ground-based observation, the space-based detection, the forming mechanism and the disturbance effects of the power line harmonic radiation (PLHR) have attracted more attention in foreign countries. But little special research on PLHR has been done in China. Using the observation data of the seismo-electromagnetic microsatellite DEMETER of Centre National d'édes Spatiales (CNES),this project will study the existence of PLHR phenomenon in China's ionosphere and its possible production causes and resultant effects. Furthermore, the model and its solution on the radiation of power line harmonics propagating in the earth, the neutrosphere and the anisotropic ionosphere will be investigated by the electromagnetic field and electromagnetic wave theory. The implementation of this project is beneficial to deeply understanding the PLHR phenomenon and its formation mechanism and effects on the ionosphere and also helpful to identifing the low frequency electromagnetic effects recorded by seismo-
