中文摘要: 采用生物矿化-表面改性法制备的荧光磁小体与卵磷脂为原料制备荧光磁性脂质体。该脂质体是一种具有磁控制释药和荧光示踪特殊功能的药物载体,也是一种理想的集诊断、靶向治疗于一体的多功能系统(荧光示踪、磁靶向、磁控制释药、磁共振成像剂)。采用生物矿化-表面改性法制备的荧光磁小体,利用超临界二氧化碳法制备荧光磁性脂质体,使用计算机模拟和现代表征手段获得该脂质体的微观结构,利用微量量热技术(micro-DSC)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和光谱技术获得它们的宏观性质。研究荧光磁性脂质体的磁控释药、荧光示踪等功能,探讨脂质体与生物体系的相互作用。研究结果将从分子层次揭示荧光磁性脂质体的制备、宏观性质、微观结构和功能。为荧光示踪纳米材料在生物体系中的应用提供理论依据。

英文摘要: A fluorescent magnetic liposome will be synthesized using fluorescent magnetic magnetosomes and lecithin. The fluorescent magnetic liposome is a function drug carry with magnetic controlled drug release and fluorescence tracer, but also is an ideal set of diagnosis-therapy multifunctional system (fluorescence tracer, magnetic targeting, magnetic control drug release, magnetic resonance imaging agent). The fluorescent magnetic magnetosomes will be synthesized by biomineralization-surface modification method. The fluorescent magnetic liposome will be prepared by by supercritical CO2 method. The microstructure information of the fluorescent magnetic liposomes will be obtained by using computer simulation and modern analysis determination method. The macroscopic property will be acquired using microcalorimeter (micro-DSC), vobratomg sample magnetometer (VSM) and various spectral analysis. The function of magnetic control drug release and fluorescence tracer will be studied, and the interaction of the liposome and biosystem will be explored. The results will reveal the relationship between synthesize, preparation, macroscopic property, microstructure and function from the molecular level, and provide the theory basis for the application of biological system.
