中文摘要: 利用生物传感方法对复杂样品进行快速、实时分析是近年来研究的热点。本项目根据生物传感技术的分析化学和结构化学的理论和方法,采用纳米粒子的信号放大作用,结合具有类似抗体功能的分子为材料,针对环境、食品等复杂样品体系中农药残留的分析检测,提出解决其特异性和灵敏度的新思路、新方法。本研究通过引入优化的纳米粒子,基于对农药分子识别前后反应活性改变等发展新型电化学生物传感方法;设计与组装农药残留检测的高灵敏度、高特异性的电化学生物传感器,建立纳米生物传感界面的新方法与信号放大技术。为进一步建立农药残留的准确、快速、实时在线分析方法提供理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: It is the focus studied to utilize the biological sensing method to carry on fast, real-time analysis to the complicated sample in recent years. The project uses the analysis of bio-chemical sensing technology and theories of structural chemistry, and adopt the signal amplification effect of nano-particles, combined with antibodies function-like of molecular being materials for the pesticide residue analysis in complicated sample system such as environment, food and other complex sample system. Suggest that new ideas and new ways to solve their specificity and sensitivity. This research, through accepting the nanometer particle that is optimized, design and assemble high sensitivity and specific of electrochemical biosensor for pesticide residue detection which based on reaction activity changes before and after molecular recognition between pesticide and Anticalin, and build a new nano-bio-sensor interface method and signal amplification technology. To further offer the theory and technological foundation for the accurate, fast, real-time detection of pesticide residues.
