中文摘要： 课题引入过程观视角，依循冲突的“源起-产生-转化-结果”逻辑，以创业投资后创业投资家(VC)与创业者(E)冲突为研究对象，系统地研究中国情境下两者间冲突的动态演变机制及影响因素。课题通过VC-E的实地访谈和多案例研究寻找中国情境下双方共同认可的冲突产生原因和冲突类型，并通过关键事件法将其归类，借以修正西方研究的冲突结论；然后，通过联合(实验)分析和普通最小二乘法，辅以多案例研究，对中国情境下VC-E固有(潜在)冲突向实际冲突转化的重要影响因素进行分析和排序；引入中国文化背景下的三大调节变量：契约执行一致性、信任和投资者干预，采用多层次线性模型探讨投资后VC-E认知冲突向情感冲突转化的调节影响。最后，对创业企业不同类型冲突对创业绩效的影响进行比较。研究的结果将拓宽VC-E关系的研究范围，让冲突的动态性研究结论更好地促进两者合作关系的良性发展。

英文摘要： Based on the view of process theory, this study analyzes dynamic evolution mechanism and influential factors of venture capitalist-entrepreneur conflicts in post-investment period, following the ideas of conflict origin, generation, transformation, outcomes. This study will use critical incident method to classify the causes and types of inherent conflicts and actual conflicts from the interviews with venture capitalists and entrepreneurs in China. Then it sorts the most important influential factors of evolution of inherent conflicts to actual conflicts by using methods of conjoint experiment and ordinary lease square; by introducing three moderating variables- contract implementation consistency, trust and VC involvement, it tests their moderating effects on evolution of cognitive conflicts to affective conflicts by using hierarchy multiple linear regressions. At last, dynamic comparisons about the effect of different types of conflict on venture performance will be tested. The results of the study will broaden the scope of venture capitalist-entrepreneur relationship and make it develop positively.
