中文摘要: 以典型常规生物燃料(乙醇和生物柴油)和新型生物燃料(丁醇、2,5-二甲基呋喃、gamma-戊内酯)为对象,采用多种先进光学诊断技术和台架试验相结合的方法,系统开展不同生物燃料与柴油掺混后对低温燃烧过程影响的基础研究。主要内容包括:柴油与生物燃料混合物理化特性分析;混合燃料低温燃烧喷雾特性和混合气浓度分布特性;混合燃料低温燃烧火焰结构特征以及重要中间产物、自由基和排放物的生成演化历程;柴油机低温燃烧的燃烧特性、性能、常规/非常规排放特性。预期达到的研究目标如下:探明生物燃料与柴油掺混后不同理化特性对低温燃烧反应过程影响机理;揭示对低温燃烧过程具有主导影响的生物燃料特性参数;提出满足低温燃烧过程需求的生物燃料评价方法。该研究对发展混合燃料低温燃烧理论,探寻适合柴油机高效清洁低温燃烧过程应用的生物燃料,减少对化石能源的依赖方面具有重要科学意义和工程应用价值。

英文摘要: Fundamental investigation on effects of the blend of diesel and biofuels on low temperature combustion will be conducted in this program by combined use of advanced optical diagnostics and engine bench test. Five oxygenated biofuels will be blended with diesel fuel including the conventional and promising biofuels, ethanol, biodiesel, butanol, 2,5-dimethylfuran, gamma-valerolactone. The main content will include the properties analysis of diesel-biofuel blends, the spray characteristics and the concentration distribution of liquid and vapor phase of the diesel-biofuel blends, the flame propagation and the formation and evolvement processes of the important intermediates, free radical and pollutant emissions, and the combustion characteristics, engine performance, regulated and unregulated emissions. The study objective is to explore the effects of the physical and chemical properties of diesel-biofuel blends on the low temperature combustion reaction mechanism, to reveal the dominant biofuel property impacting on the low temperature combustion, and to propose the evaluation method of biofuel that can meet the need of low temperature combustion.
