中文摘要: 本课题从复合材料纤维丝束带成型边改性边成型 这一共性特点入手,以工艺参数对纤维丝束带性能影响为研究对象,针对工艺参数对纤维丝束带性能影响表述、机理、预测、控制等难题,进行工艺参数对纤维丝束带性能影响试验,通过性能测试分析、仿真计算等,掌握工艺参数对纤维丝束带性能影响规律。基于工艺参数对纤维丝束带性能影响的敏感度,提出其表述方法和关键表征参数,建立耦合作用机理模型;据此,通过计算、仿真及试验,对耦合作用机理模型进行补充、修正和完善,以构建耦合作用机理预测模型。通过对多目标多参数耦合作用的工艺参数进行优化,提出基于耦合作用机理的工艺参数优化方法,获得选择和控制工艺参数的基础理论和数据,为最终实现成型制品性能可依据基础理论进行预测控制奠定基础。通过该研究,可揭示工艺参数对纤维丝束带性能的影响机理,丰富性能控制的基础理论,对国家安全重大科技工程中复合材料结构件研制具有理论指导意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: The properties of composites are changing during the molding process, which is the entry point of this project. To solve the problem of impact expression, mechanism, predication and control, the impact of parameters on the composites' properties is studied. By conducting experiments, property tests, simulation and calculation, the effects of parameters on composite materials are illustrated. Based on the study of influence sensitivity, the expression method and the key parameters are proposed. Furthermore, the coupled mechanism model is established. Then, the coupled model is modified and improved, resulting in the predication model. The parameter optimization method is proposed, and the basic theory and data for choosing and controlling parameters are obtained. As a result, the predication for product property is realized. By doing this project, the influence mechanism is illustrated, the basic theory of property control is determined. Therefore, the project may bear theoretical meaning and practical value to the development of composite structures.
