中文摘要: 曼型干式煤气柜是一种储存可燃气体、节约能源和保护环境的大型、重要构筑物,广泛用于冶金、石化、市政等行业。本项目以大型曼型干式煤气柜结构的抗风设计理论为主要研究目标,主要研究内容包括曼型干式煤气柜结构考虑内部活塞运动的结构动力特性及其在静风和动力风荷载下的屈曲失稳问题、煤气柜薄壁结构体型系数及等效风荷载、煤气柜薄壁结构气动弹性模型设计方法、适用于工程设计的大型煤气柜简化抗风计算方法等。本项目拟依托于现有大型煤气柜工程建设,综合运用理论分析、试验研究、数值模拟等各方面手段,率先开展针对大型曼型干式煤气柜结构的风振响应研究工作,为煤气柜结构的抗风计算提供可靠、有效的理论依据。因此,本项目具有十分重要的理论意义、应用价值和社会经济效益。

英文摘要: Man type dry gas storage tank is a kind of important and superhuge structrue, which is usually used to store combustible gases, save resouces and protect enviroment. Those type of tanks are widely used in metallurgical, petrochemical, municipal and other industries. The main research object of the project is to develop the wind design theory of large Man-type dry gas tank structures. There are lots of topics to discuss, involving the dynamic character considering the internal piston movement, the buckling problem under the static wind and dynamic wind loads,the shape coefficient and the equivalent wind load of thin-walled structures, the gas tank aeroelastic model design method, simplifid large gas tank calculation method about wind loads which is suitable for the engineering design, etc. Based on existing large gas tank construction projects, theoretical analysis, experimental studies, numerical simulation and other means are employed to analyze vibration response of large Man-type dry gas tank due to wind loads. The reliable, valid theoretical basis will be developed to design this type of structure. Therefore, this project has important theoretical significance, value and social and economic benefits.
