中文摘要: 大视场像差所反映的整体视网膜成像质量,更接近人眼正常视物的生理状态,可较完整地反映人眼视觉与光学状态,由此开展角膜屈光手术后视觉不良症状机制的研究,更具有临床价值。本研究拟利用ZEMAX等光学设计软件建立基于真实临床患者眼部光学数据的角膜屈光手术相关的个性化大视场光学眼模型,通过有限元三维模拟加载术后角膜形态变化及非球面性变化特征,模拟人眼术后大视场视网膜成像质量,结合客观测量数据对不同视场角下像差的量级与效力进行分析,借助光学调制传递函数(MTF)、点扩散函数(PSF)等视觉光学手段评估并筛查术后大视场下影响人眼视网膜成像质量的主要光学因素,指导调整各类角膜屈光手术光学区切削形态、直径大小、手术切口设置、手术nomogram设定等干预手段,为术后视觉不良症状的解决提供新的思路和有效途径。

英文摘要: The whole retinal imaging quality reflected by wide angle aberration is more approaching the physiological statuses in human normal sight, which can reflex human visual and optical statuses. Therefore, it is more of clinical significance to carry out one research on the mechanism of poor vision problems in post corneal refractive surgery. ZEMAX optical design software is used to build individual corneal refractive surgery related individual wide angle aberration schematic eye based on real human optical data. Three dimensional simulation of the post-op corneal shape and asphericity changes is performed with finite element. It can simulate the post-op wide angle retinal imaging quality and analyze the efficacy and level of aberration under different field angles using objective measured data. The research also aims at screening the main optical factors which influence the post-op wide angle retinal imaging quality using modulation transfer function (MTF) and point spread function (PSF). With the help of analyzing the objective measured data, the final goal is to guide the modulation of all kinds of corneal refractive surgery ablation shapes, diameter sizes, surgical incision settings and surgical nomogram settings in optical zones and provide effective ways to solve post-op poor vision problems.
