中文摘要: 低碳出行是建设低碳城市的重要内容之一,住区规划需加强其在居民低碳出行方式上的导向性。住区道路系统在支撑住区空间结构的同时,影响城市交通与居民出行的选择,对低碳出行导向的住区道路系统的相关指标进行研究具有重要意义。本项目以住区道路系统为研究对象,以南京市为例,在对样本住区居民出行特征与土地利用、道路系统、公交覆盖率等现状调研的基础上,运用实证研究、统计分析等方法总结出道路系统的各项要素与居民不同出行方式的之间的关联性。深入理解住区道路系统与居民出行互动关系,从道路结构、路网形态、道路空间三方面探讨利于居民低碳出行方式的住区道路系统的规划设计策略以及对样本住区道路系统的改善措施;以此为基础,着重明确相关控制性的指标并给出建议数据,如路网连结度、路网密度、道路间距、断面尺寸等,以期为住区与城市道路交通的规划实践提供技术策略上的支持,为相关管理技术标准与准则提供可参鉴的指标和基础研究数据。

英文摘要: Low carbon trip is an important part of necessary of building low carbon city. Community, as the basic component of city, is strongly and closely related with urban transportation. The community plan should fully take benefiting residents ’ walking trip, cycling trip and promoting transit into consideration. Community road system defines the city spacial structure, and influences residents’ trip mode. This research chooses Nanjing communities as the object, and then applies both the empirical approach and statistical analysis to reveal the correlation between residents’ trip mode and road system’s key elements. Furthermore, the research explores the plan strategy of community road system from three aspects, road structure, network morphology and street space. Meanwhile, it gets the key points of the sample communities’ improvement. On this basis, the research focus on controlling index and calculates the proposed data, such as network connection degree, road network density, road distance, section size and so on. It aims at providing the technical strategy for community and urban road planning practice, the reference index and basic research data for related management technology standards and guidelines.
