中文摘要: 近年研究发现早龄期行为对刚性路面服役性能有显著影响,考虑早龄期作用可更深入地关注施工、环境和材料特性对路面力学行为和性能的影响,并能以早龄期参数为纽带,实现环境-材料-施工-结构影响一体化考虑和早期-服役期联动过程观察,极具理论和应用价值。但目前该领域早龄期三维性状和参数耦合演化关系研究缺失,导致理论机制不能深入揭示并且应用受限。鉴于此,项目拟重点针对路面板结构三维早龄期固化演变行为以及影响机制涉及的关键分析技术、理论机制以及工程应用问题进行系统研究。通过路面结构早龄期行为三维数值模拟仿真实现,结合室内试验和现场足尺板试验,深入揭示三维路面结构早龄期性状的复杂固化、演变机制;然后基于三维性状机制研究构造参数系、明晰多参数耦合关系,引入动力学和断裂力学拓展早期-服役期联动分析方法,进而深入开展多参数耦合共同作用影响机制研究。最后将研究成果与我国工程实践对接,实现对我国路面技术的革新支持。

英文摘要: Jointed plain concrete pavement(JPCP) was widely used in China, but the service performance and life of JPCP were not very well and its early failure phenomenon under heavy duty is very common in China.All these problems shows that pavement analysis and designing theory as well as the construction of JPCP should be improved . In recent years,a new theory about JPCP's early age influence shows that concrete hydration and consolidation,creep and shrink may lead to residual stress,built-in curling and damage,and then apply effect on long-term performance of JPCP with environment and traffic.Meanwhile,early age parameters can be a link to consider the effect of construction, material, structure, environment together on pavement performance, and make it possible to analyse pavement mechanical behavior in a whole life from early age to service life. All of these are very useful for improving theory and practice of JPCP. But because the history of early age analysis theory of JPCP research is short, and the research theory on the interaction between concrete material science and pavement structure engineering,the theory is still in a one-dimensional simplified and dispersed state, and focusing only on a few characters.But the neglect of the feature of three dimensional pavement thin slab ,interaction and evolution of early age behaviors may lead to a great simplification and many defects in application. In consideration of the above-mentioned problems,the research goal of this project is to constitute a three dimensional systematic and processing analysis theory to reveal the effective mechanism of concrete material's early age behaviour on long term performance of joint plain concrete pavement. The research contents include:(1)three dimensional numerical simulation of early age behavior of JPCP;(2)early age performance test and model of pavement concrete;(3)full-scale pavement slab field test;(4)behavior revelation of early age built in and evolution of three dimensional pavement slab,special effective mechanism of environmental history,creep and damage during early age;(5)mechanical mechanism of pavement slab with considering effect of concrete early age behaviour, and the interaction and combined action of early age material and structural parameters.(6) the engineering application of theory and finding of the project will be done with considering the need and engineering speciality of heavy duty highway in China. Based on the research work above,the early age analysis theory of JPCP can get a transformation from one dimensional to three dimensional,more complex mechanism can be revealed and the theoretical application will become more convenient for application.
