中文摘要: 油菜既是经济价值高、发展潜力大的油料作物,又是蛋白质、饲料、蜜源和能源作物,综合开发利用效益很高。油菜籽收获后若不及时干燥,极易发热、酸败及霉变,影响种用油菜籽的生理特性,以及制油用油菜籽的加工特性和制油品质。油菜籽热风干燥传热传质涉及多相多组分耦合及湿分相变。本项目以甘蓝型油菜籽热风干燥为对象,建立以孔隙率、孔道表征直径和孔道迂曲度为特征参数的孔道网络模型,研究籽粒内水分在分子扩散、压力驱动和毛细驱动共同作用下的热质耦合、湿分迁移及湿分相变规律。借助多相流欧拉模型,建立甘蓝型油菜籽热风干燥动力学模型,以用户自定义源项的方式加入籽粒内热质耦合、湿分迁移及湿分相变的影响,数值研究甘蓝型油菜籽热风干燥不同几何特征流场域、不同工艺参数的传热传质过程,优化油菜籽热风干燥装置设计、干燥工艺及过程控制。实验研究油菜籽热风干燥特性、流场特性和油菜籽品质变化,研制针对甘蓝型油菜籽的小型热风干燥装置。

英文摘要: Rape(Brassica Napus) is a plant both for oil production with high economic value and development potentials and for production of protein, feedstuff, honey and energy, and its developement and utilization lead to high comprehensive efficiency. If the rapeseed is not dried timely after harvest, it is easily overheated, rancid and mouldy, which may badly affect the physiological characteristics of rapeseed for seed purpose, or the disposing features and quality of the oil products. The heat and mass transfer while hot-air drying of rapeseed consists of coupling of multi-phase and multi-ingredient and humidity phase change. By choosing hot-air drying of rapeseed(Brassica Napus) as the research object, to build Porous Networks Model of the rapeseed based on characteristic parameters of porosity, pore specific diameter, and tortuosity, research on rules of heat-mass coupling, humidity move, and humidity phase change that are co-effected by molecular diffusion, pressure drive, and capillary drive will be conducted. By means of multi phase Eulerian Model, the hot-air drying dynamic model for the rapeseed will be set by adding the effects of heat-mass coupling, humidity move, and humidity phase change in the particle of the seed through user defined "Source" term for the purpose of simulation of the heat and mass transf
