中文摘要: 近年来,蓝藻水华在世界各国,尤其是我国频繁爆发,给生态系统及人类生活带来很大危害,因此对有害藻类的预防和控制是我们急需解决的一个难题。生物防治技术是一个高效、经济和环保的控藻途径,其中植物化感物质是一种很有潜力的抑藻剂。前期研究中,我们从具有抑藻作用的植物中筛选高效抑藻材料,利用其处理复苏期铜绿微囊藻。结果表明,低浓度茶叶浸提液可以高效地抑制蓝藻的生长和繁殖。从茶叶中分离鉴定了两种具有抑藻活性的茶多酚单体:表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)和表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)。本项目在此基础上,通过检测蓝藻细胞形态、光合活性、光合作用及胁迫相关蛋白的基因表达,研究茶多酚抑制蓝藻生长的生理生化机理。同时探索将该抑藻剂应用于实验室模拟复苏蓝藻及湖泊水体中蓝藻的控制。本项目基于蓝藻自身的演替规律,寻找控制蓝藻种源复苏和生长繁殖的安全高效的方法,为有效去除浅水湖泊中的蓝藻越冬种源提供理论和实践基础。

英文摘要: In recent years, the frequent outbreak of algal-bloom in lakes around the world, especially in China, has created great harm to ecosystems and human life. Prevention and treatment on cyanobacterial blooms is an urgent issue. Biological control technology is an efficient and safe method used in algal-bloom control, in which plant allelochemicals are considered as a promising source of algicides. Our preliminary study was performed by screening the most effective algal-inhibition material from some plants with allelopathy. The results showed that tea of low concentration could effectively control the growth and reproduction of cyanobacteria. Two active substances were purified and identified as EGCG and ECG, respectively. On this basis, the cell morphology, photosynthetic activity, gene expression of photosynthesis and stress-related proteins of Microcystis will be determined to reveal the biochemical mechanism of algal-inhibition by tea-polyphenols. The best method of treating Microcystis of recruiment stage both in laboratory and lake will be explored. Based on the succession rules of cyanobacterium, this research aims at new way to prevent and control harmful cyanobacteria through removal of cyanobacterial seed source in shallow lakes.
