中文摘要: 牙齿漂白机理研究一直是口腔医学关注的热点问题。相较于传统理论认为过氧化物反应将牙本质内色素基团分解为短链化合物,近来研究认为牙釉质表面超微结构和晶体特性的改变使其颜色、半透性变化是牙齿漂白的成因,但对该机理的分析尚存争议。传统临床手段和医学方法无法定量分析牙釉质、牙本质结构和光学特性与牙齿漂白间的关联,本项目基于隐马尔科夫模型对牙釉质、牙本质的结构和光学特性与牙齿漂白的关联进行数字化分析,使用拉曼光谱分析、红外光谱分析等无损分析方法测试牙齿漂白前后牙体结构和光学特性,通过评估、解码和学习的过程,建立基于牙釉质、牙本质结构和光学特性的隐含状态和牙体颜色显状态间的状态迁移概率矩阵,探索和明确两者间的非线性映射关系。本项目研究基于隐马尔科夫模型和仿生智能理论的牙釉质、牙本质结构和光学特性和牙齿漂白间的关联,有望揭示牙齿漂白的确切机理,并为牙齿漂白相关研究及临床诊疗提供可靠的理论支撑和方法保证。

英文摘要: Mechanism of tooth bleaching has attracted lots of attention from scholars and dentists. However, whether enamel or dentine contributed more to the tooth colour change during tooth bleaching still remains unclear. Some researchers believed that the colour change of the bleached teeth mainly resulted from alterations in the colour of subsurface dentine. However, recently published studies argued that the majority of colour change of tooth crowns after bleaching was because of the colour and translucency parameter changes in enamel.Using conventional methods to analyze the relationship between tooth bleaching and changes in tooth structure and optical properties is time consuming and inaccurate. The present study aims to establish a non-linear relationship between tooth bleaching and tooth structure and optical properties using a novel method based on hidden markov model. The obtained data might be helpful to further explore the potential mechanism of tooth bleaching. It may provide theoretical basis to the clinical practice and tooth bleaching-related research.
