中文摘要: 复杂产品设计是以数据与知识为核心,实现设计数据与知识向具体产品转换的过程。针对海量设计数据中存在不完备数据和冗余数据、设计变量与性能指标间关联关系不能准确表征的问题,本项目提出了不完备/冗余数据下复杂产品关联建模设计方法。提出离散与连续混合的不完备数据关联规则学习和子类数据集约简的冗余数据关联规则提取方法,实现不完备数据和冗余数据相结合的复杂产品关联规则多源融合与互验证。提出基于图谱映射的关联强度定量度量和关联模型构建方法,通过关联区间柔性分析和关联路径搜索,实现设计变量与性能指标间关联模型构建。提出基于变关联演化的关联模型聚类解耦及自适应求解方法,实现复杂产品的关联建模设计。在理论研究的基础上,开发不完备/冗余数据下复杂产品关联建模设计系统,应用于超大型空分装备结构与能耗的多变量关联设计,实现单位能耗最低的关键部机和关键零件结构设计。

英文摘要: With data and knowledge as a core, the design of complex product is the conversion from data and knowledge to specific product. There are incomplete data and redundant date in the massive design data, and then the correlation strengths can not be characterized accurately. In order to solve the problem, the correlation modeling design method under incomplete data and redundant data is proposed. Firstly, the correlation rules of incomplete data are learned based on fuse of discrete and continuous data, and the correlation rules of redundant data are extracted through data reduction in subclass of data set, then the correlation rules of complex product are fused and verified based on incomplete data and redundant data. Secondly, the correlation strengths are measured and the complete correlation model is constructed based on analysis of correlation map. Through flexibility analysis of correlation interval and search of correlation paths, the correlation model of design variables and performance functions is constructed. Moreover, the changeable correlation strengths are applied to the correlation design of complex product, the design model is decomposed and solved through the adaptive adjust of the changeable variables. Finally, the software system for correlation design of complex product under incomplete data/redundant data is developed. The system is applied to structure-energy consumption correlation design of large scale air separation equipment, and the optimum structure of key components and key parts are acquired under minimum of energy consumption.
