中文摘要: 污水库是石化基地普遍采用的一种特殊污水排放及存储形式,它也是危害周边生态环境的污染源。目前,大小污水库遍布新疆南北,已构成对周边环境的严重污染。但是,对该区域的相关污染问题缺乏深入研究、分析及安全评价。因此,将新疆荒漠区石化污水库周边土壤中金属形态分布及生物有效性研究作为选题,便具有较强的理论意义和应用价值。本课题选用新疆荒漠区某石化污水库周边土壤作为研究对象,采用室内分析测定和盆栽试验相结合的方法,依据新疆荒漠区污水库周边土壤重金属总量和化学形态分析结果,对实验区域土壤重金属的污染现状、土壤重金属的生物有效性及其生态环境污染风险进行系统研究,并从土壤理化性质、重金属复合污染等角度分析影响重金属生物有效性的主要因素及其机制。研究结果可为新疆荒漠区石化污水库周边土壤重金属的污染防治与治理提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Wastewater reservoir of the petrochemical factory,is a special form of sewage disposal and storage which are widespread in Xinjiang.However it has become a severe pollution source to endangering the surrounding ecological environment. Nowadays,There are few relevant persons contribute to analysing and accessing this problem. Based on the situation, we choose Study on the heavy metal forms in soil and its bioavailability on the surrounding soils of a petrochemical sewage in Xinjiangas our research question, which will yield profound strong theoretical significance and application value. The Surrounding Soils of a Petrochemical Sewage in Xinjiang were selected. The studies consisted of continuous position sampling in the fields,soil and plant analyses in the laboratory and pot experiment. The sources,distribution and bioavailability of heavy metals (including main affecting factors and the mechanisms) were systematically studied based on total concentrations and speciation of heavy metals, and their correlations with soil basic physico-chemical properties, under compound pollution,and exogenous metals, respectively. This information could be used as reference in the research field of heavy metal contamination in the surrounding soils of a petrochemical sewage in Xinjiang.
