中文摘要: 本项目拟合成一些新型结构的手性方酰胺类催化剂,并应用于不对称催化加成反应,合成手性杂环化合物;发展一些手性方酰胺催化的高效高选择性的不对称加成?串联反应方法,合成具有生物活性的色烯、吡唑和吲哚衍生物等手性杂环化合物。本项目设计的手性方酰胺催化剂具有高度的模块化性质,通过引入磷酰基、氮氧化合物基团或咪唑啉基团来实现手性催化剂的催化性能调控。此类方酰胺催化剂包含强的双氢键或多氢键活化结构,通过本项目研究可以获得手性催化剂结构与催化活性的关系以及空间和电子效应对催化剂活性的影响规律,为新型手性催化剂的设计合成奠定基础。通过本项目的实施,可以丰富手性有机催化剂的种类,发展一些高效高选择性的不对称催化反应合成手性杂环化合物的方法,丰富和发展生物活性手性杂环化合物的合成新方法,促进不对称催化合成化学的发展,拓展有机小分子催化研究领域。

英文摘要: This project aims to synthesis of some novel structures of chiral squamide catalysts, and apply them in catalytic asymmetric Michael addition reactions for synthesis of chiral chroman derivatives; to develop some chiral squaramide-catalyzed highly selective asymmetric tandem reaction method for synthesis of biologically active chiral heterocyclic chromene, pyrazole and indole derivatives. The chiral squaramide catalysts designed in this project are highly modular nature, through the introduction of the diphenylphosphinic amide, nitrogen oxide group or imidazoline group to achieve performance control of chiral catalyst. Such squaramide catalysts containing strong double hydrogen or multiple hydrogen bond activation structure, through the investigation of this project we can obtain the relationship between chiral catalyst structure and catalytic activity; the influence rule of the spatial and the electronic effect on catalyst activity, this will lay the foundation for the design and synthesis of new chiral catalysts. Through the implementation of the project, we can enrich the types of chiral squaramide catalysts, and develop of some highly efficient selective catalytic asymmetric synthesis of chiral heterocyclic compounds.
