中文摘要: 本项目拟选择青藏高原中部当雄盆地泥炭沉积作为研究对象,通过AMS C-14等测年手段,建立研究区全新世泥炭沉积序列的精确年代学框架;利用古生态指标孢粉、植物残体和炭屑分析,重建该区全新世植被和气候变化历史及气候突变事件;并通过区域对比,探讨青藏高原中部植被与气候变化的驱动机制。该项目试图理解的主要科学问题为:(1)青藏高原中部全新世植被演化过程是怎样的?(2)全新世气候最适宜期在青藏高原中部出现在何时?(3)青藏高原地区植被对全球气候变化的区域响应如何?本项研究将为探讨我国全新世气候变化历史以及青藏高原中部区域气候响应提供科学依据。

英文摘要: This project intends to choose peat deposit in Dangxiong basin of the central Tibetan Plateau as the research object. Through the AMS C-14 dating method, the precise Holocene chronology framework of the peat sequence will be established. Then, the Holocene vegetation and climate change history and climate mutation events will be reconstructed through the paleoecological indicator analysis, such as sporepollen, plant residues and charcoal. And through the regional contrast, this project will discuss the driving mechanism of vegetation and climate change in the central Tibetan Plateau. This project attempts to understand the main scientific problems is: (1) What the Holocene vegetation evolution process in the central Tibetan Plateau; (2) when the climate optimum period during Holocene in central Tibetan Plateau. (3) How the Tibetan Plateau regional vegetation response to the global climate change. This study will provide scientific basis for the Holocene climate change history and the regional response of the central Tibetan Plateau.
