中文摘要: 本项目拟以分布于可可西里自然保护区的青藏高原特有种梭罗草(Kengyilia thoroldiana)为研究对象,采用植物生态学、植物生理学、微生物学、生物技术等技术手段,从梭罗草植物根际分离PGPR菌株,测定菌株的特性及功能,研究优良菌株的抗旱耐寒特性,了解菌株在干旱低温胁迫下的适应机制;研究梭罗草根系分泌物种类及对根际PGPR菌株生长特性的影响,PGPR菌株对梭罗草生长和品质的影响,了解梭罗草和菌株间的相互关系;研究干旱低温时PGPR菌株对梭罗草抗逆性的影响,了解两者在干旱低温胁迫时的互作适应机制;取得相关数据,其目的在于确定高寒草原优良生物(植物和根际微生物)资源的特性,揭示生物对高寒干旱环境的适应机制,为优良的野生资源的开发和利用提供科学依据。同时,也为阐明植物和根际微生物间的相互关系,以及在增强抗逆性时的互作机制提供理论和实验依据。

英文摘要: This project studied on PGPR strains attained from the special grass Kengyilia thoroldiana, which distribute in Hoh Xil, Tibet Plateau, by the methods of phytoecology, phytophysiology, microbiology, biotechnology. The research conclude: the character and function of strains, the merits of drought and cold resistence of elected good strains, the adaptive mechanism of strains under the condition of drought and low temperature, the species of secretions in root system of Kengyilia thoroldiana and the influence of growth character by secretions on PGPR strains, the influence of the growth and quality of Kengyilia thoroldiana on PGPR strains, the mutual relationship of Kengyilia thoroldiana and strains, the influnce of stress resistence of Kengyilia thoroldiana by PGPR strains under the condition of drought and low temperature, the mutual adaptive mechanism of Kengyilia thoroldiana and PGPR strains under the condition of drought and low temperature. For obtaining the data related, the aim was to confirm the character of elected good biospecies on alpine grassland, explain the adaptive mechanism of living beings on alpine arid environment, and also provide scientific evidence of exploiting and utilizing natural resource.
