中文摘要: 本项目拟采用原位修饰技术制备表面结构可控的纳米SiO2,其表面由于带有不同的基团,使其一方面在介质中具有很好的分散性,另一方面又具有良好的反应性;用原位聚合的方法,将微量表面结构可控的纳米SiO2引入到脂肪族聚酯分子链上,通过调节纳米SiO2表面基团的种类和数量以及其它聚合工艺参数来制备一系列纳米SiO2/脂肪族聚酯杂化材料,研究纳米SiO2的表面结构和用量对聚合反应的影响规律和对杂化材料性能的影响规律,建立纳米SiO2/脂肪族聚酯结构和性能之间的关系,探讨并阐明微量纳米SiO2对脂肪族聚酯的改性机理。在此基础上,针对不同的脂肪族聚酯设计出表面结构更加适宜的纳米SiO2,为开发高性能纳米SiO2/脂肪族聚酯杂化材料提供理论和技术上的支撑,并促进脂肪族聚酯和表面结构可控纳米SiO2的开发和利用。

英文摘要: This project intends to synthesize the nano-SiO2, which surface structure is tunable,by in-situ modification technique. The surface of this kind of nano-SiO2 has different groups. So it has good dispersibility and good reactivity. The minor nano-SiO2 will be introduced to the molecular chains of aliphatic polyesters by in-situ polymerization method. A series of nano-SiO2/aliphatic polyester hybrid materials will be prepared by adjusting the kind and number of the groups modified on the surface of nano-SiO2 and other polymerization parameters. The effect of the surface structure and usage amount of the nano-SiO2 on the polymerization of the aliphatic polyesters and the properties of these hybrid materials will be studied. The relation of the structure and properties of these hybrid materials will be established. The modification mechanism of the aliphatic polyesters by the minor nano-SiO2 will be discussed and clarified. On the basis,the suitable surface structure of nano-SiO2 will be designed to the different aliphatic polyesters. This project is to provide the academic and technological support to develop the aliphatic polyester/ nano-SiO2 hybrid materials with high performance and promote the development and application of aliphatic polyester and the kind of nano-SiO2.
