中文摘要: 随着高速铁路、海洋平台、新能源装备等一批重大工程投入运行,这些工程系统的服役安全问题成为社会广泛关注同时也成为近期研究的一个热点,这类系统具有尺度跨越从微观材料到宏观部件、现有数据不平衡、服役时间要求长的特点,要解决它们的服役安全问题必须在传统可靠性方法的基础上引入跨尺度建模、多层级数据传递、退化模型等多种新方法。本项目将以跨尺度、多层级复杂系统的服役性能为研究对象,通过试验测试与仿真分析确定多层级系统服役性能退化特征参量与失效判据,构建多层级系统服役性能退化模型,提出一种多层级系统内不平衡数据的处理方法,明确多层级系统中层级间服役数据的传递规则,进而建立跨尺度、多层级系统服役安全评价模型,并利用高铁齿轮箱的服役、退役及失效数据对上述模型进行验证与优化,为高速铁路的安全运行提供支撑。同时,本项目研究成果可以广泛应用在航空航天、高速铁路、新能源装备等的服役安全评价中。

英文摘要: With a number of major projects putting into operation, such as high-speed train, marine platforms, and new energy equipment, the service security issues for these projects have got more and more community-wide concern and become a hot topic in the recent study. Such systems's features are the cross-scale from the micro material characteristics to macro components, the imbalance of existing data, and the longer service time. To resolve such service security issues, a variety of new methods such as cross-scale modeling, multi-level data transfer, and degradation model, must be introduced in the traditional reliability methods. In this project, the service performance of cross-scale multi-level complex systems is for the study, the service performance degradation parameters and failure criteria of multi-level system will be determined by experimental testing and simulation analysis, a multi-level system service performance degradation model will be build, an imbalanced data processing method will be proposed, the data transfer rules between levels for multi-level system will also be proposed, then a cross-scale multi-level system service safety assessment model will be established, and the service, retired and failure data of high-speed train gearbox will be used to the above model's validation and optimization.
