中文摘要: 为进一步丰富生物标志物理论,提出用于早期监测矿山废水影响水域的预警指标,本项目以江西省德兴市矿山废水影响水域-鄱阳湖乐安河为研究现场,以乐安河上游清洁水域为背景地,在筛选指示生物的基础上,以"本土"底栖生物为监测对象,通过构建现场主动生物监测平台,结合监测水域被动生物监测和室内模拟实验,分析矿山废水影响水域重金属元素分布与底栖生物多样性特征,开展矿山废水胁迫下指示生物的毒性效应和生物标志物研究。重点阐明矿山废水影响水域典型监测断面底栖生物多样性时空分布特征,揭示矿山废水暴露下指示生物的毒性效应,提出矿山废水影响水域的主要风险因子,开展矿山废水影响水域生态风险评价,建立矿山废水影响水域的生物标志物指标体系。

英文摘要: To further enrich the biomarker theory and propose the warning index for the early monitoring of waters under the impact of acid mine drainage, this project, with the waters affected by acid mine drainage in Dexing City, Jiangxi Province - Le An River of Poyang Lake as the study site, with the clean waters in upstream Le An River as the background area, based on the screening of indicator organisms, with the "local" benthos as monitoring objects, through the construction of active biomonitoring platform on site, and combined with the passive biomonitoring and indoor simulation experiments of monitoring water area, conducted the analysis of heavy metal distribution and benthic biodiversity characteristics in the waters affected by acid mine drainage, and carried out the research on toxic effect and biomarker of indicator organisms under the threat of acid mine drainage. The project mainly clarified the spatial and temporal distribution of benthic biodiversity at the typical monitoring sections of waters affected by acid mine drainage, showed the toxic effect of indicator organisms under the exposure to acid mine drainage, proposed the main risk factors of waters affected by acid mine drainage, carried out the ecological risk assessment of waters affected by acid mine drainage, and established the biomarker index
