中文摘要: 水是膨胀土路堑基床病害的主要肇因,建立完备的防排水基床结构,隔断地表水进入基床是维持基床长期稳定和减少病害发生的关键。课题结合实际工程开展膨胀土路堑新型防排水基床结构研究:通过膨胀土工程特性原位试验、性能参数土工试验,获得膨胀土本构方程参数,构建适合路堑基床的膨胀土本构方程;进行微观结构分析、阳离子交换试验等,揭示膨胀土路堑基床的水损害作用机理;进行基床结构理论分析,提出膨胀土路堑基床结构设计原则;在自重、膨胀力及列车荷载相互耦合作用下,编制膨胀土路堑基床结构动力分析软件,并进行数值分析;研制半刚性半柔性水泥基新型防水结构层材料,修筑试验段并进行激振试验,检验材料疲劳性能和防排水效果;形成《膨胀土路堑新型防排水基床结构施工工艺、质量控制标准》铁路行业标准;成果纳入《铁路特殊路基设计规范》中;成果解决重大工程技术难题,是防排水基床结构的一次革命,具有显著的社会、经济、环保效益和推广应用前景。

英文摘要: Water is the main factor that induces the damage in expansive soil cutting subgrade. It is the key to reduce the damage of foundation bed and maintain its long-term stability by building a completed water-proof drainage structure to prevent water from invading foundation bed. Combined with practical engineering, this project carry out the research on the new type of water-proof drainage structure in expansive soil cutting subgrade. By performing on-site test and soil test on engineering characteristic of expansive soil, the parameters are obtained and the constitutive equations is established about expansive soil cutting subgrade. The water-destroyed mechanism of expansive soil cutting subgrade is revealed by Micro-Structure Analysis and cation exchange test. The design principle is put forward on expansive soil foundation bed by theoretical analysis. The dynamic analysis software of expansive soil cutting subgrade is compiled to consider self-weight, expansive force, train running load and their inter-coupling. A new water-proof drainage structural layer made of semi-rigid and semi-flexible cement-based material is developed. A test section is built for shocking excitation test to examine fatigue property and water-proof drainage effect of structural layer. The research achievement will be incorporated in the Code for design on special subgrade of railway, and a railway trade standard of Construction Technology and Quality Control Standard for New Type of Water-proof Drainage Structure on Expansive Soil Cutting Subgrade will be formed . The results will solve major engineering technological problem, and they are revolutions for water-proof drainage structure. The research have a wide application extension and exert a beneficial effect on society, economy, and environmental protection.
