中文摘要: 本课题拟以太湖中溶解性有机质(DOM)、重金属离子和水藻为研究对象,研究不同分子量的DOM对重金属离子在太湖优势藻- - 绿藻中富集行为的影响。研究从DOM-重金属、DOM-绿藻、重金属-绿藻不同二元体系间的变化关系着手,深入探讨DOM-重金属-水藻的三元体系间的相互作用。通过对比不同分子量DOM-重金属配合物穿透藻类细胞膜的行为差异,揭示不同分子量的DOM对重金属元素生物有效性和绿藻表面特性的影响规律,从而阐明DOM对藻类生物富集重金属元素的影响机制,为湖泊重金属的环境生态风险评价提供理论依据。研究结果将深化我们对富营养型湖泊环境中重金属的迁移、积累规律及其影响机制的认识和对太湖重金属生态风险的认识,对我国淡水湖泊生态系统的重金属污染防治具有重要的理论和实际应用价值。

英文摘要: This work is proposed to deal with the effects of dissolved-organic-matter (DOM) with different molecular weight on heavy metals accumulating behavior of green algae in Tai Lake. This research focuses the interactions between different components in dual complex systems HMs-DOM, algae-HMs and algae-DOM as well as ternary complex system DOM-HMs-algae. Through studying the differences of transmembrane action of DOM-HMs complex across algae membrane, we will elucidate the accumulating mechanism of HMs by green algae under effect of different molecular-weight DOM, provide a theoretical basis for ecological risk assessment of heavy metals in freshwater lakes. The research have important consequences for improvement of the mechanistic understanding of the migration and accumulation of heavy metals in eutrophic lake, and understanding of the ecological risk of heavy metals in the Taihu Lake, and has important theoretical and practical value on the heavy metal pollution prevention and control in freshwater lake ecosystem.
