中文摘要: 引入乡土珍贵阔叶树种形成针阔混交林,是当今国内外人工针叶纯林近自然化改造的主要经营模式。林分结构、组成和物种生物多样性变化将影响人工林土壤碳、氮循环。前期研究发现南亚热带典型人工混交林比纯林具有更高土壤碳储量,本项目在此基础上深入探索人工混交林土壤有机碳化学组分的转变过程及其稳定性机制,以此增进对人工混交林土壤可持续碳固持能力的科学评估和认识。本研究拟选择我国南亚热带典型的马尾松和格木人工混交林为研究对象,与纯林对比,通过不同树种凋落物混合分解和凋落物保留、去除的野外控制实验,研究树种混交对土壤碳化学组分构成的影响,地上、地下凋落物的化学组分特征和土壤微生物功能群组成与土壤有机碳化学组分的关系,揭示南亚热带典型人工混交林土壤碳化学稳定性及其形成机制。研究结果将为制定南亚热带地区气候变化背景下的适应性人工林生态系统碳管理提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Native mixed plantations through introducing native broad leaf tree species into pure coniferous plantations are being advocated as a prospective silvicultural management for substituting in place of large coniferous monoculture in subtropical China. The objectives of the study are to understand reletionships between leaf litter and fine root chemical composition, soil nitrogen content and soil micrbial composition and functional groups and soil organic carbon chemcial compositon in typical planted forests in south subtropical China, and to determine the main factors influencing soil organic carbon chemical stability. This study provides scientific foundation for developing adaptive strategies of forest carbon management and multifunctional plantation management under climate change in south subtropical region.
