中文摘要: 我国土壤汞污染问题严重,已引起广泛关注。汞在土壤中通过植物或者动物吸收进入生物圈并沿食物链传递,威胁人体健康。本项目拟以蚯蚓为研究对象,利用稳定同位素示踪技术研究不同生物地球化学因素(汞的形态、浓度和土壤成分)对蚯蚓吸收土壤汞动力学(同化率、摄食率和间隙水中汞的吸收速率常数)的影响,探讨土壤汞的吸收动力学和蚯蚓慢性毒性效应间的定量关系,阐明土壤汞在蚯蚓体内富集及致毒机制,以全面评估土壤汞污染的生态风险,为降低土壤汞的生物可利用性及生态与环境风险提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Mercury contamination in soils has been received wide attention in China. Soil mercury could be involved into the terrestrial food chain by plants and invertebrates uptake, resulting in ecological and health risks. In this proposal, uptake kinetics of soil-mercury by the earthworm will be investigated, using stable isotope tracer technique. Effects of biogeochemical factors on the uptake kinetics and chronic toxicity of mercury exposure will be examined. Specifically, the linkage between mercury uptake kinetics and chronic toxicity will be further explored to investigate the underlying mechanisms of mercury bioaccumulation and toxicity in earthworm. Information gained in the study would greatly contribute to the risk assessment of chronic mercury exposure to earthworm and provide theoretical basis for reducing mercury bioavailability and toxicity in contaminated soils.
