中文摘要: 本项目针对我国实体店铺顾客大量流失,闭店潮等问题,以北京市为例,运用商业地理学、随机效用等相关研究理论,基于历史数据、文献和实地调研建立数据库,运用空间计量分析等方法,识别电子商业发展对传统商业业态及其功能空间演变的作用机制、传导途径和主要影响要素,刻画演变过程。从微观主体入手,追踪消费者行为的转变过程,测度电子商业对大都市消费者行为转变的驱动作用和影响程度,分析消费者需求的时空分异,总结不同属性消费者行为的模式、动机和变化趋势;在此基础上,探讨基于消费者需求时空分异的大都市商业业态响应和功能空间重组的需求、趋势和模式,为大都市商业功能空间重组提供理论依据和政策建议。研究目的与国际前沿研究接轨,为城市地理研究提供新的视角和中国范例,从而丰富行为地理学、商业地理学理论研究;研究成果不仅对案例城市商业空间功能提升提供理论指导,还可以为其他地区提供参考借鉴。

英文摘要: Facing to the problems as many stores are losing customers or closing down in China, this program focuses on the relationship between E-Commerce development and spatial structure change of retail. Basing on questionnaire and literature, this program chooses Beijing as case study area to explain the evolution mechanism of traditional commercial structure and its interaction with the development of E-Commerce. Through researching on the individual behaviors of customer, the program will describe the process of customer behavior change affected by E-Commerce, measuring the changes and classifying their behavior patterns. Basing on the temporal-spatial differentiation of customer demand for retail, the program will discuss the spatial structure change, function re-organization trend of current retail in entity space of Chinese big cities. The program focuses on vogue research topic in the world and supposes to apply the urban geography with Chinese case studies. The outcomes are not only useful in improving the spatial function of urban retail in Beijing city but also able to be used to other big cities facing the similar situations as Beijing.
