中文摘要: 本项目紧紧围绕我国盐穴储气库单井水溶造腔夹层垮塌与控制这一关键应用基础科学问题开展研究,主要研究内容包括:以江苏金坛和湖北应城盐穴储气库等为示范工程,对典型夹层岩芯开展腔体溶漓环境下夹层溶蚀模拟试验研究,揭示不同温度及不同流速卤水浸泡下夹层溶蚀机理及水致弱化规律;分析腔体动态溶漓过程夹层应力变化及整体稳定性,提出夹层岩体在溶解-水侵蚀-应力耦合作用下的垮塌分析模型;研究不同造腔注水模式及注水流量下夹层块体自由下落运动性态,以及其对造腔管柱的撞击过程,揭示管柱受撞击后的局部损伤及结构失稳模式;最后开展水溶造腔夹层垮塌预测、判断和控制的现场应用研究,对夹层岩体在溶解-水侵蚀-应力耦合作用下的垮塌模型进行验证和修正。项目研究将为多夹层盐矿安全高效造腔提供关键理论和方法,对我国深部层状盐岩石油、天然气地下储备库的设计与施工具有重要的参考价值。

英文摘要: Researches on key scientific problems of collapse and control of interlayers in single-well solution mining for bedded salt rocks will be carried out in this project, of which the main contents include: taking Jintan and Yingcheng salt mine gas storages as demonstration projects,the simulation experiment on solution of classical interlayers under cavern leaching condition for implying the erosion mechanism and water weakening laws of interlayers under different temprature and velocity of brine; analysis on stress change and global stability of interlayers during cavern leaching process for proposing solution-erosion-stress coupling collapse analytical model of interlayers; studies on the kinetic states and impact on tubing strings of fall interlayer bricks for implying the local damage and global buckling models; finally,an on-site test on forecast, estimate and control of interlayer collapse for evaluation and revision of the proposed interlayer collapse model.This project can be expected provide key theories and methodes for salt cavern building safely and efficiently, and important reference for the design and constrution of oil/gas underground storage in bedded salt rocks in China.
