中文摘要: 水声定位技术是海洋开发的关键技术之一,其中定位信号的设计是关键,与之匹配的定位算法是核心。复杂的水声信道和难以精准的时钟同步是水声定位的两大难点。本项目以提高定位精度、提升带宽利用率为目标,分别从信号层面和算法层面出发,基于扩频融合信号开展异步水声定位研究。主要开展以下三方面研究:1)通过正交变扩频因子码的合理分配,设计融合定位和通信双重功能的扩频信号,均衡定位和通信的需求,提高带宽利用率;2)通过几何观测度和锚节点间距的联合设计,优化锚节点部署,在保证一定覆盖率的前提下,降低同步要求并提高定位精度;3)在时钟异步的前提假设下,研究基于扩频融合信号的并发广播模式下的测距定位算法,缩短定位时延,增强定位隐蔽性。本项目研究成果将为水声定位提供理论方法和关键技术支撑。

英文摘要: Underwater acoustic localization (UAL) is fundamental for ocean development. Complicated multipath underwater acoustic channels and uncertainty of clock impose great challenges on UAL. In order to relax the synchronization requirement, this project aims to propose an asynchronous UAL (AUAL) system. To be more specific, three aspects of the AUAL will be investigated in this project: 1) the deployment of anchors. Taking the localization coverage and accuracy into account, the topology of the anchor deployment will be optimized. 2) the design of spread spectrum aggregate (SSA) signal. In order to balance localization and communication with limited channel resources, orthogonal variable spreading factor codes will be employed to design an aggregate signal, which can be used for both localization and communication. The SSA signal makes efficient use of underwater spectrum. 3) the development of asynchronous acoustic localization algorithm. Asynchronous acoustic localization algorithm will be developed based on the novel parallel broadcast ranging protocol. The localization method takes the benefit of the broadcast property of acoustic propagation, and significantly reduces the localization delay. The fruitful results of this project will enrich the theoretical UAL toolbox and benefit communication and signal processing society.
