中文摘要: 城市交通问题已成为制约城市经济可持续发展的重要瓶颈,而人、车、路、环境等交通要素会极大地影响交通问题的生成。本项目以人-车-路-环境耦合作用为研究对象,重点研究其影响下的道路交通流特性及管理控制策略问题。首先,在调研和分析交通流动态特征的基础上,采用现代交通流理论、非线性分析和仿真理论探讨并量化人、车、路、环境等要素及其耦合作用对驾驶行为的影响,建立能表征这四要素的交通流模拟和动态分析模型并探讨它们对道路交通流的影响机制;其次,利用实测数据标定主要模型参数并探讨我国交通流的形成机理;最后,根据我国交通现状,提出不同交通条件下的管理控制策略,分析所提出的策略对驾驶行为、交通流时空分布、以及交通拥堵形成的影响机理。本项目的研究有助于加深人们对人、车、路、环境这四要素的认识,为提高我国交通运行效率和交通安全以及解决或缓解我国交通问题提供理论基础和科学依据。

英文摘要: Urban traffic problems have become one important bottleneck which restricts the continuable development of urban economics. However, human, vehicle, road and environment have great effects on the generation of the traffic problems. In this project, we set the couple of human, vehicle, road and environment as the research objects and mainly focus on studying the properties of road traffic flow and the strategies of the management control under the couple. First, based on the survey and analysis of the dynamic properties of traffic flow, we use the modern traffic flow theory, nonlinear analysis and simulation to explore and quantize the effect mechanisms of human, vehicle, road and environment on the driving behavior, and then develop some simulation and dynamic analysis models for traffic flow that can characterize the four factors to study the effect mechanisms of the factors on traffic flow. Secondly, we use the empirical data to calibrate the main parameters of the proposed models and explore the formation mechanism of traffic flow in China. Finally, based on the properties of traffic flow in China, we propose some strategies of management control under different traffic conditions and analyze the effect mechanisms of the proposed strategies on the driving behavior, the time-spatial distribution of traffic flo
