中文摘要: 近年来,珠三角地区常出现枯水期水量不足,造成区域水生态系统调节功能逐渐下降,严重威胁到水生态安全。本研究以实现珠三角地区水生态健康和水安全为研究目标,采用适宜方法评估珠三角水生态系统调节功能,运用综合指数法分析水生态安全现状;在水量变化与水生态系统状况耦合关系的基础上,分析水生态系统调节功能的变化规律;建立枯水期珠三角河道生态需水量量化模型,分析其时空分布特征;提出维持区域水生态系统健康和水安全的对策。项目预期将揭示珠三角地区水生态系统状况与水文过程的耦合关系,建立基于水生态系统调节功能的枯水期珠三角河道生态需水量量化模式,实现水生态系统健康和水安全的目标。项目的研究成果对于缓解珠三角地区水生态问题、实现水生态安全以及建设绿色珠江均具有重要意义,并为珠三角区域水资源合理配置及可持续开发利用提供一定的科学依据。

英文摘要: In recent years, the water shortage often occurred during dry season in the Pearl River Delta Region, resulting in the gradual decline of the regulatory function of the aquatic ecosystems and the threat to the water ecological security. To realize the aquatic ecosystem health and water ecological security in the Pearl River Delta Region, the optimum methods are used to assess the regulatory function of the aquatic ecosystems. The composite index method is adopted to analyze the status of water ecological security. Based on the analysis of coupling relationship between water change and the state of the aquatic ecosystems, the change law of regulatory function of the aquatic ecosystems is analyzed, the quantitative model of ecological water requirement of stream-channel during dry season in the Pearl River Delta Region is established,and its temporal and spatial distribution characteristics is analyzed. The countermeasures for maintaining the regional water ecosystem health and water security are put forward. The study is expected to reveal the coupling relationship between the state of the aquatic ecosystems and the hydrological processes in the Pearl River Delta Region, and to establish the quantitative model of ecological water requirement of stream-channel during dry season in the Pearl River Delta Region bas
