中文摘要: 本研究拟利用溶胶-凝胶法、溶剂热、水热以及软模板技术等合成方法,可控制备稀土(Tb3+、Tb3+ /Gd3+、Eu3+、Eu3+/Ce3+)掺杂的一维(棒状、带状、管状)SiO2纳米发光材料,系统考察SiO2纳米材料的不同形貌对基质带隙、能级结构以及电子结构的影响;深入研究基质SiO2的结构和稀土的掺杂位点(置换掺杂、间隙掺杂、晶面掺杂以及黏附于SiO2颗粒表面)与发光性能间的构效关系,通过可控调节基质SiO2的形貌和稀土在基质SiO2中的掺杂位点来改善稀土离子的发光性能;揭示稀土单/共掺杂的一维SiO2纳米材料的光致发光机理与共掺增敏机理;丰富和发展稀土发光材料的晶场理论、能量传递等光能高效利用理论。本项研究将为开发具有优异性能的新型稀土发光材料提供重要的理论基础和科学的实验依据。

英文摘要: This project will realize the controllable synthesis of rare earth (Tb3+、Tb3+ /Gd3+,Eu3+、Eu3+/Ce3+) doped one-dimensional SiO2 luminescence materials with rod, belt, or tubular structure through sol-gel, solvothermal, hydrothermal, and soft template methods. The effects of SiO2 morphology on electron structure, matrix band gap and energy level structure will be systematically studied. The relationship between the structure of SiO2 and the doping location of rare earth ions and luminescence properties, such as replacement doping, gap doping, crystal surface doping, and adhesion to SiO2 particle surface will be studied in detail. The luminescence properties of the rare earth ions doped in the SiO2 matrix will be improve through controllable adjusting the morphology of SiO2 and the doping sites of rare earth in SiO2 matrix. The photoluminescence mechanism and co-doping sensitized mechanism of rare earth ions single or co-doped one-dimensional SiO2 nano materials will be proposed. The energy efficient utilization theory for rare earth doped one-dimensional SiO2 nano luminescent materials will be established, including crystal field theory, energy transfer theory, and so on. study and summarize the regularity understanding and scientific conclusion for the luminescence properties of rare earth doping one-dimensional
