中文摘要: 锑是一种典型的毒害性元素,锑在土壤中的生物可利用性、迁移转化以及影响因素始终是研究重点,而水溶性有机质是影响锑在土壤中迁移活性的关键因素。本项目拟以水溶性有机质对锑在土壤中环境地球化学行为影响机制为研究目标,研究锑的在土壤中赋存形态、价态以及影响因子,研究不同类型土壤对锑的吸附解吸动力学特征,同时还研究土壤中水溶性有机质浓度、温度、pH值和离子强度对锑形态、价态以及吸附/解吸过程的影响,测定出动力学参数,建立土壤中锑的迁移转化及吸附解吸动力学规律,同时借助现代表面表征手段研究不同来源的水溶性有机质对锑在土壤中的迁移转化行为的影响机制,揭示土壤中水溶性有机质影响锑迁移转化的关键因素。本项目的研究成果为锑污染区土壤的植物修复以及污染区农产品安全保障等方面,具有积极的科学指导作用。

英文摘要: Antimony (Sb) is a typically toxic element in environment,and its transport, transformation and bioavailability in soil systemhas attracted many scientists' attentions. Dissolved organic matter (DOM), an active component, is ubiquitous in soils and may influence the transport reactivity of Sb in soil system.Therefore, the species and valence of Sb in soils will be determined, and the adsorption/desorption behaviors of Sb on different soils will be investigated in this project, to reveal the rule of present DOM on Sb transport in soil system. In addition, the effects of some factors such as temperature, solution pH, and ionic strength on adsorption/desorption behaviors of Sb will be studied. Moreover, various techniques including in situ FTIR, HNMR,scanning electron microscopy (SEM), scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM), and three-dimension excitation emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy (3D-EEFS) will be used to characterize the samples before and after Sb adsorption/desorption, aiming to elucidate the interface of DOM with Sb at the surface of soilson amicroscopic scale. The results of this study have a positive significance in understanding the transport and transfer of Sb in soil system and also have potentials to be used for Sb contaminated soils.
